Each engagement with nxt.biz (Discovery Call, Market Entry Sprint, or Full GTM Execution) is scoped individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Confidentiality

We treat client information, product details, and business data as confidential, and can execute a mutual NDA on request before any engagement.

Payment

Fees and payment terms are agreed per engagement and outlined in a separate scope of work.

Limitation of liability

nxt.biz provides research, strategy, and execution services in good faith based on available market information. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
